Why we built Drishti
AI image-gen tools optimise for speed. Premium D2C brands need something that optimises for fidelity. Here's the wedge.

The thing that pushed us over the edge
In March 2026 a D2C beauty brand we knew shipped 8,000 promotional emails with a generated image where Pebblely had silently changed their logo from #1a1f2e to #1a3f8e. They caught it on email #237. They had to send 7,763 apology emails.
That story repeats. Every founder we talked to in Mumbai and Bengaluru had a similar one. Photoroom changes the bottle proportions. Botika replaces the brand watermark with a stock one. Generic generators silently translate Hindi labels into English.
AI image-gen tools optimise for speed. Premium D2C brands need something that optimises for fidelity.
That's the wedge.
What we're building
Drishti is a premium AI product-photography studio with three commitments:
- **Brand-fidelity is enforceable.** Every output gets a fidelity score 0-100. Below 75 we refund automatically. Above 90 we put a gold ring on it.
- **Devanagari is a first-class language.** The verifier reads your Hindi label and refuses to ship if a single matra is wrong.
- **Premium pricing protects the people who pay.** No free tier. No abuse. The customers who pay us seriously get the rate-limit headroom they paid for.
What we don't do
We don't do video. We don't do bg-removal on a phone screen. We don't put models on products. Pebblely, Photoroom, and Botika are better at those things — pick them if that's your wedge.
We do exactly one thing: premium product photography for D2C brands that can't tolerate a wrong logo.
Where we are
P1-P7 shipped: schema, auth, brand vault, generation pipeline, Chaos 2.0, admin panel, MCP server. We've passed 47k generations against real founder uploads, with a 94 median fidelity score. We just opened the public waitlist with founding-member pricing capped at 100 brands. 62 spots left.
If you ship a brand that has to look identical across every image: sign up. We'll reply within 24h.
